Råå IF

Råå IF was one of 429 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Råå IF, 111 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 27 different groups, whereof Råå IF could be found in Group 10 together with Marin FC, Alingsås KIK and Karlbergs BK 2. Råå IF continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 10. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Stångebro United with 1-2. In the Final, Stångebro United won over Lindö FF Norrköping and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 15. Råå comes from Råå which lies approximately 200 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Råå does also provide 15 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2023 (Among others: IF Lödde, Munka-Ljungby IF, Vendelsö IK, Ängelholms FF, Eskilsminne IF, Furulunds IK, Kävlinge Harrie FF, Hittarps IK, Skäldervikens IF and Ramlösa Södra IF).
