KINGS FC

KINGS FC was one of 25 clubs from Mexico that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to KINGS FC, 193 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof KINGS FC could be found in Group 24 together with Halmstads BK, Beirut FAC and BK Häcken 2. KINGS FC continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 24. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against La Academia FC with 0-2. In the Final, Minerva Academy FC won over Ordin FC and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 13. KINGS FC comes from ESTADO DE MEXICO which lies approximately 9400 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around ESTADO DE MEXICO does also provide 16 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2023 (Among others: CF Interclubes Mexico, Club Caref, Cefor Jilo, Sisukas FC, IFAC, Academy Elite, Mexico United FC, Cefor San Luis, Nido Valle Dorado and Femelite F.C).
