Zumaiako Futbol Taldea

Zumaiako Futbol Taldea was one of 11 clubs from Spain that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to Zumaiako Futbol Taldea, 74 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 18 different groups, whereof Zumaiako Futbol Taldea could be found in Group 5 together with Syrianska FC, Öckerö IF and IF Karlstad Fotboll. Zumaiako Futbol Taldea continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Boo FF with 5-6. In the Final, Mölnlycke IF won over New Mill FC and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 16. Zumaiako Futbol Taldea comes from Zumaia which lies approximately 1900 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
