In addition to Nacka FC, 97 other teams from 21 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 24 different groups, whereof Nacka FC could be found in Group 21 together with BV Werther, Lillestrøm SK 2 and Kungsbacka IF 2. Nacka FC continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 21. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Barca CFIS with 3-10. In the Final, Barca CFIS won over FC New England and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 12.
