In addition to the two Fram teams, 192 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof Fram 2 could be found in Group 21 together with Oxie SK 2, Qviding FIF 2 and Rælingen FK 1. Fram 2 continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 21. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Prep Schools Pumas Red with 1-2. In the Final, Murchante FC won over IK Östria Lambohov 2 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 13.
