Tornby IF

Tornby IF was one of three clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Tornby IF, 89 other teams from 20 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 22 different groups, whereof Tornby IF could be found in Group 14 together with Linero IF, Lidköpings FK and Dänischenhagen/Kiel, MTV. Tornby IF continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 14. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against SG Findorff with 0-1. In the Final, UF Comércio e Indústria won over Qviding FIF and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18. Tornby comes from Tornby which lies approximately 120 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
