Double Pass Football Project

Double Pass Football Project was one of three clubs from Ethiopia that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Double Pass Football Project, 89 other teams from 21 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 22 different groups, whereof Double Pass Football Project could be found in Group 15 together with Marly La Ville ES, Lunds BoiS/Torns IF, Lundby IF and Gideonsbergs IF. Double Pass Football Project continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 15. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Dänischenhagen/Kiel, MTV with 1-2. In the Final, UF Comércio e Indústria won over Qviding FIF and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18. Double Pass Football Project comes from Adiss Ababa which lies approximately 5900 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than Double Pass Football Project, the club EDY Sport Enrichment Center does also originate from the area around Adiss Ababa.
