San Francisco Aftershocks

San Francisco Aftershocks was one of 46 clubs from USA that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Girls 14. In addition to San Francisco Aftershocks, 81 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof San Francisco Aftershocks could be found in Group 2 together with Vikingur 2, Orust FC F09 and Viggbyholms IK FF. San Francisco Aftershocks continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Team Odense Q with 1-3. In the Final, Hammarby IF FF won over KA 1 and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 14. San Francisco Aftershocks comes from San Francisco which lies approximately 8600 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
