Bossekop UL

Bossekop UL was one of 56 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Bossekop UL, 212 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 52 different groups, whereof Bossekop UL could be found in Group 6 together with Staffanstorps United, Scandia United SA and Saltsjöbadens IF 1. Bossekop UL continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Tranås FF with 0-3. In the Final, ED Moratalaz won over Lillestrøm SK 2 and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 16. Bossekop UL comes from Alta which lies approximately 1500 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than Bossekop UL, the club Alta IF does also originate from the area around Alta.
