In addition to Eskilstuna United DFF, 15 other teams from 8 different countries played in Gothia Puma Trophy (G17). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Eskilstuna United DFF could be found in Group 3 together with Minnesota Thunder Academy, Bayer 04 Leverkusen and Umeå IK FF. Eskilstuna United DFF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Kalmar with 0-1. In the Final, Bayer 04 Leverkusen won over Djurgårdens IF and became the winner of Play off B in Gothia Puma Trophy (G17).
