First Kick Academy

First Kick Academy was one of five clubs from Singapore that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 11. In addition to First Kick Academy, 50 other teams from 22 different countries played in Boys 11. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof First Kick Academy could be found in Group 12 together with Legacy Academy, Lerums IS and IFK Hindås. First Kick Academy continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against NK Prečko with 0-1. In the Final, FC Villennes Orgeval won over RS Sports and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 11. First Kick Academy comes from Singapore which lies approximately 10000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Singapore does also provide four additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2023 (Euro Soccer Academy, Shoot Football Academy, JSSL Singapore and Lion City Sailors).
