HK

HK was one of 11 clubs from Iceland that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Girls 14. In addition to HK, 81 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof HK could be found in Group 18 together with Hammarby IF FF, Jitex BK 2 and Fana Fotball. HK continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 18. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Reading Rage with 0-5. In the Final, Hammarby IF FF won over KA 1 and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 14. The area around does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2023 (KR, Breidablik, FH, KF/Dalvik, KA, Volsungur, Fram, Fylkir, Keflavik and Vikingur).
