In addition to Volsungur, 74 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 18 different groups, whereof Volsungur could be found in Group 12 together with Mölnlycke IF, Vendelsö IK, Fredrikstad Fotballklubb and Älvsjö AIK FF 1. Volsungur continued to Play off B after reaching 5:th place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Åhus IF with 1-2. In the Final, Mölnlycke IF won over New Mill FC and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 16.
