In addition to the two JSC Pitray-Olier Paris teams, 88 other teams from 21 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 22 different groups, whereof JSC Pitray-Olier Paris White could be found in Group 11 together with Academy Elite, Kode IF and Råsunda IS. JSC Pitray-Olier Paris White continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IK Zenith with 3-4. In the Final, UF Comércio e Indústria won over Qviding FIF and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18.
