Ingarö IF

Ingarö IF was one of 429 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Ingarö IF, 89 other teams from 21 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 22 different groups, whereof Ingarö IF could be found in Group 20 together with Älvsborg FF, Gerdskens BK and FASET. Ingarö IF continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 20. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Lunden ÖBK with 0-1. In the Final, UF Comércio e Indústria won over Qviding FIF and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18. Ingarö comes from Ingarö which lies approximately 410 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Ingarö does also provide 59 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2023 (Among others: Hässelby SK FF, IFK Lidingö, Boo FF, Järla IF, EKF Täby, Viginti Quattuor FC, IFK Haninge, IFK Bergshamra, Rågsveds IF and Åkersberga FC).
