Elite Development Academy

Elite Development Academy was one of 46 clubs from USA that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Elite Development Academy, 111 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 27 different groups, whereof Elite Development Academy could be found in Group 2 together with Melhus IL/Gauldal, Arnäs IF and Stureby FF. Elite Development Academy continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Boo FF with 1-4. In the Final, Boo FF won over Northumberland County Schools FA and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 15. Elite Development Academy comes from Fullerton which lies approximately 8800 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Fullerton does also provide two additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2023 (SOCAL ELITE FC and PSC Soccer).
