Galatasaray Lisesi

Galatasaray Lisesi was the only club from Türkiye that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Galatasaray Lisesi, 89 other teams from 20 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 22 different groups, whereof Galatasaray Lisesi could be found in Group 10 together with Atletico Real Morelos, Enköpings SK and Götaholm BK. Galatasaray Lisesi continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 10. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Hisingsbacka FC with 0-3. In the Final, UF Comércio e Indústria won over Qviding FIF and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18. Galatasaray Lisesi comes from İstanbul which lies approximately 2200 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
