They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof KFV Segeberg could be found in Group 16 together with Mariehem SK, Breidablik 1 and Stureby FF. KFV Segeberg made it to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 16. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Jitex BK 2, which they won with 2-0.
