Djurgårdens IF

In addition to Djurgårdens IF, 27 other teams played in SEF Trophy. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Djurgårdens IF could be found in Group 3 together with GAIS, Östers IF and Dalkurd FF. Djurgårdens IF made it to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against IFK Göteborg with 4-5. Thereby Djurgårdens IF finished second in SEF Play off A during Gothia Cup 2023. Djurgårdens IF also participated in SEF Trophy during Gothia Cup 2022. They reached the 1/4 Final in SEF Play off A, but lost it against BK Häcken with 2-3.
