BK Häcken

In addition to BK Häcken, 27 other teams played in SEF Trophy. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof BK Häcken could be found in Group 4 together with IFK Haninge, Degerfors IF and Halmstads BK. BK Häcken continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Djurgårdens IF with 1-4. In the Final, IFK Göteborg won over Djurgårdens IF and became the winner of Play off A in SEF Trophy. BK Häcken also participated in SEF Trophy during Gothia Cup 2022. They reached the final in Play off A, but lost it against AIK FF with 0-3 and ended up in second place.
