They were divided into 64 different groups, whereof BK Höllviken/Skanör Falsterbo IF Black could be found in Group 58 together with Torshälla-Nyby IS, JSG Grossefehn and Hasle-Løren IL 1. BK Höllviken/Skanör Falsterbo IF Black made it to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 58. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Burgos CF with 0-1. Thereby BK Höllviken/Skanör Falsterbo IF Black finished second in B15 Play off A during Gothia Cup 2023.
