Nittedal IL

Nittedal IL was one of 56 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Nittedal IL, 111 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 27 different groups, whereof Nittedal IL could be found in Group 23 together with Morön BK, IFK Göteborg and Alets IK. Nittedal IL continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 23. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against IK Zenith with 0-1. In the Final, Boo FF won over Northumberland County Schools FA and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 15. Nittedal comes from Nittedal which lies approximately 270 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Nittedal does also provide 11 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2023 (Among others: Hønefoss BK, Strømmen IF, Kjelsås IL, Rælingen FK, IL Heming, Hasle-Løren IL, Lyn Fotball, Oppsal IF, Gamle Oslo FK/FC Oslo and Lillestrøm SK).
