In addition to the two Ramlösa Södra teams, 211 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 52 different groups, whereof Ramlösa Södra IF 2 could be found in Group 41 together with Dänischenhagen/Kiel, MTV, Örsundsbro IF and Valladolid FC Cancún. Ramlösa Södra IF 2 continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 41. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Projeto Bugrinho with 0-3. In the Final, ED Moratalaz won over Lillestrøm SK 2 and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 16.
