HSV Fotball

HSV Fotball was one of 56 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to HSV Fotball, 193 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof HSV Fotball could be found in Group 18 together with Öjersjö IF 1, FC New England Harris and IF Brommapojkarna Lag 19. HSV Fotball continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 18. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against FC Bellevue 2 with 4-6. In the Final, Murchante FC won over IK Östria Lambohov 2 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 13. Fotball comes from Son which lies approximately 210 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Son does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2023 (Dikemark IF, Ås IL, SK Sprint-Jeløy, Rakkestad Idrettsforening, Asker SKK, Ekholt BK, FK Eika Krapfoss, Trosvik IF, Tune IL Fotball and Slemmestad IF).
