In addition to Dänischenhagen/Kiel, MTV, 212 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 52 different groups, whereof Dänischenhagen/Kiel, MTV could be found in Group 41 together with Ramlösa Södra IF 2, Örsundsbro IF and Valladolid FC Cancún. Dänischenhagen/Kiel, MTV continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 41. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against IFK Viksjö 1 with 0-2. In the Final, Russell Martin Academy won over SK Sprint-Jeløy 1 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 16.
