Lindesberg, IFK

Lindesberg, IFK was one of 429 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Lindesberg, IFK, 89 other teams from 21 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 22 different groups, whereof Lindesberg, IFK could be found in Group 12 together with Monte Libano, Stenungsunds IF and JSC Pitray-Olier Paris Red. Lindesberg, IFK continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Qviding FIF with 0-1. In the Final, UF Comércio e Indústria won over Qviding FIF and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18. Lindesberg, IFK comes from Lindesberg which lies approximately 280 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Lindesberg does also provide five additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2023 (Hovsta IF, KIF Örebro DFF, Nora BK, Karlslunds IF HFK and IK Sturehov).
