IFK Falköping FF

IFK Falköping FF was one of 429 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to IFK Falköping FF, 212 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 52 different groups, whereof IFK Falköping FF could be found in Group 11 together with PASS Abu Dhabi, Melhus IL 1 and Torns IF. IFK Falköping FF continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Scandia United SA with 2-4. In the Final, Russell Martin Academy won over SK Sprint-Jeløy 1 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 16. IFK Falköping comes from Falköping which lies approximately 110 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Falköping does also provide 12 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2023 (Among others: IFK Skövde, IFK Tidaholm, Skövde KIK, Ardala GoIF, Tidaholms GIF, Skultorps IF, Våmbs IF, Falköpings KIK, Åsarp-Trädet FK/ Kinnarp-Slutarps IF and Skövde AIK).
