FC Mougins

FC Mougins was one of 25 clubs from France that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to FC Mougins, 193 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof FC Mougins could be found in Group 44 together with Högsby IK, Kortedala IK and FISA Jordan. FC Mougins continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 44. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Ordin FC with 6-7. In the Final, Minerva Academy FC won over Ordin FC and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 13. FC Mougins comes from Mougins which lies approximately 1600 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than FC Mougins, the club OGC Nice does also originate from the area around Mougins.
