Röbäcks IF

Röbäcks IF was one of 429 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Röbäcks IF, 111 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 27 different groups, whereof Röbäcks IF could be found in Group 18 together with Eskilstuna United DFF, Brasil Juniors FC and Älvsjö AIK FF 1. Röbäcks IF continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 18. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Asker SKK with 3-4. In the Final, Stångebro United won over Lindö FF Norrköping and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 15. Röbäcks comes from Röbäck which lies approximately 810 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Röbäck does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2023 (HTF, Mariehem SK/IFK Umeå, Tegs SK, Umeå Södra FF, IFK Umeå, Gimonäs Umeå IF, Umedalens IF, Mariehem SK, Umeå IK FF and Sandåkerns SK).
