Hamburger Sport Verein HSV

Hamburger Sport Verein HSV was one of 70 clubs from Germany that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Girls 13. In addition to Hamburger Sport Verein HSV, 53 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 13. They were divided into 13 different groups, whereof Hamburger Sport Verein HSV could be found in Group 10 together with Askims IK, GIF Nike 1 and Hasle-Løren IL 1. Hamburger Sport Verein HSV continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 10. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Fylkir with 4-5. In the Final, Kjelsås IL won over OGC Nice and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 13. Hamburger Sport Verein comes from Hamburg which lies approximately 470 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
