Västerhaninge IF

Västerhaninge IF was one of 429 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Västerhaninge IF, 262 other teams from 30 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 64 different groups, whereof Västerhaninge IF could be found in Group 19 together with E.C. Pinheiros W, Hässleholms IF 2 and Hovås-Billdal IF. Västerhaninge IF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 19. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against IFK Stocksund 1 with 0-3. In the Final, IFK Stocksund 1 won over Hovås-Billdal IF and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15. Västerhaninge comes from Västerhaninge which lies approximately 390 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
