They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Skogstorps GoIF could be found in Group 3 together with Gimse/Melhus/Gauldal, IFK Wreta Kloster, Furulunds IK and Näsets SK. Skogstorps GoIF continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Avaldsnes IL with 0-1. In the Final, Jitex BK won over Varbergs BoIS FC and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 18. Skogstorps GoIF also participated in Girls 17 during Gothia Cup 2022.
