In addition to Jönköpings Södra IF, 30 other teams from 10 different countries played in Girls 14B. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Jönköpings Södra IF could be found in Group 3 together with ATSV Scharmbeckstotel, Boo FF F09, Myssjö/Ovikens IF and FC Unterstrass. Jönköpings Södra IF made it to Play off B after reaching 5:th place in Group 3. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against ATSV Scharmbeckstotel, which they won with 2-0. Thereby Jönköpings Södra IF won the entire Play off B in Girls 14B during Gothia Cup 2023.
