TVE Nordwohlde

TVE Nordwohlde was one of 70 clubs from Germany that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to TVE Nordwohlde, 212 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 52 different groups, whereof TVE Nordwohlde could be found in Group 49 together with Skiljebo SK, Nacka FC and SK Sprint-Jeløy 2. TVE Nordwohlde continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 49. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Fagersta Södra IK with 0-4. In the Final, Russell Martin Academy won over SK Sprint-Jeløy 1 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 16. TVE Nordwohlde comes from Bassum which lies approximately 580 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Bassum does also provide 7 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2023 (Etelsen eV, TSV, JFV Concordia Wümme, JSG Achim-Uesen, SC Borgfeld eV, Lilienthal-Falkenberg, SV, SG Findorff and Bremer Fußball-Verband).
