Efthymiades FA

Efthymiades FA was the only club from Cyprus that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to Efthymiades FA, 193 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof Efthymiades FA could be found in Group 42 together with FC Pidshypnyk, Onsala BK 1 and Rödeby AIF. Efthymiades FA continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 42. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against IFK Stocksund White with 1-13. In the Final, Minerva Academy FC won over Ordin FC and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 13. Efthymiades FA comes from Nicosia which lies approximately 3000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
