Munka-Ljungby IF

Munka-Ljungby IF was one of 429 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to Munka-Ljungby IF, 97 other teams from 21 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 24 different groups, whereof Munka-Ljungby IF could be found in Group 8 together with Blau-Weiß 96 Schenefeld 2, Prep Schools Lions White and Utbynäs SK 2. Munka-Ljungby IF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Sisukas FC with 1-3. In the Final, GAIS 2 won over Prep Schools Lions Red and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12. Munka-Ljungby comes from Munka-Ljungby which lies approximately 180 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
