Hörby FF

Hörby FF was one of 429 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Hörby FF, 262 other teams from 30 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 64 different groups, whereof Hörby FF could be found in Group 10 together with Swindon Town FITC, St. Paul Blackhawks Lagos and Näsets SK. Hörby FF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 10. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Torns IF 1 with 0-1. In the Final, IFK Stocksund 1 won over Hovås-Billdal IF and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15. Hörby comes from Hörby which lies approximately 230 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Hörby does also provide 21 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2023 (Among others: FC Staffanstorp, Torns IF, Kristianstads DFF, Furulunds IK, Uppåkra IF, Lunds BoiS/Torns IF, Hässleholms IF, Kävlinge Harrie FF, Veberöds AIF and Hardeberga BK).
