In addition to RC Lens London, 262 other teams from 30 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 64 different groups, whereof RC Lens London could be found in Group 13 together with Lunds BK 2, IF Fram Larvik and Dalstorps IF. RC Lens London continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 13. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against E.C. Pinheiros B with 0-2. In the Final, Burgos CF won over BK Höllviken/Skanör Falsterbo IF Black and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15.
