Rödeby AIF

Rödeby AIF was one of 429 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to Rödeby AIF, 193 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof Rödeby AIF could be found in Group 42 together with FC Pidshypnyk, Onsala BK 1 and Efthymiades FA. Rödeby AIF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 42. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Onsala BK 1 with 0-1. In the Final, Murchante FC won over IK Östria Lambohov 2 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 13. Rödeby AIF comes from Rödeby which lies approximately 280 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Rödeby does also provide three additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2023 (Hoby GIF, Ronneby BK and Sjöstaden DFF).
