IFK Umeå

IFK Umeå was one of 429 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to IFK Umeå, 262 other teams from 30 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 64 different groups, whereof IFK Umeå could be found in Group 3 together with Bath & Wiltshire Boys FA, IF Karlstad Fotboll 2, AFC Eskilstuna and Altona 93 2. IFK Umeå continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Eskilsminne IF 1 with 0-2. In the Final, IFK Stocksund 1 won over Hovås-Billdal IF and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15. IFK Umeå comes from Umeå which lies approximately 810 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
