Tidaholms GIF

Tidaholms GIF was one of 429 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Tidaholms GIF, 212 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 52 different groups, whereof Tidaholms GIF could be found in Group 24 together with Täby FK 1, FC Teutonia 05 and E.C. Sirio-Sampa. Tidaholms GIF continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 24. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against UF Comércio e Indústria with 0-3. In the Final, ED Moratalaz won over Lillestrøm SK 2 and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 16. Tidaholms GIF comes from Tidaholm which lies approximately 130 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
