Tallboda IF

Tallboda IF was one of 429 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Tallboda IF, 262 other teams from 30 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 64 different groups, whereof Tallboda IF could be found in Group 63 together with Ytterby IS, IL Holeværingen 1 and Liverpool Schoolboys. Tallboda IF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 63. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Eskilsminne IF 1 with 0-5. In the Final, IFK Stocksund 1 won over Hovås-Billdal IF and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15. Tallboda comes from Linköping which lies approximately 230 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Linköping does also provide 15 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2023 (Among others: Linghems SK, Mantorps FF, Mjölby AI/FF, IK Östria Lambohov, BK Ljungsbro, Svärtinge SK, Stångebro United, Borensbergs IF FK, IFK Norrköping and Linköpings FF).
