Selånger SK

Selånger SK was one of 429 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Selånger SK, 262 other teams from 30 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 64 different groups, whereof Selånger SK could be found in Group 45 together with Sollentuna FK 1, Walddörfer SV 1 and Nässjö FF. Selånger SK continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 45. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against IK Sturehov 2 with 3-4. In the Final, IFK Stocksund 1 won over Hovås-Billdal IF and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15. Selånger SK comes from Sundsvall which lies approximately 600 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Sundsvall does also provide four additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2023 (Sidsjö-Böle IF, Sundsvalls FF, GIF Sundsvall and Essviks AIF).
