Team ISL

Team ISL was one of 46 clubs from USA that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to Team ISL, 193 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof Team ISL could be found in Group 39 together with Floda BoIF, BK Olympic Black, Hasle-Løren IL 1 and TSV Stellingen. Team ISL continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 39. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against BK Olympic White with 0-1. In the Final, Minerva Academy FC won over Ordin FC and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 13. Team ISL comes from Charlotte which lies approximately 6900 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than Team ISL, the club Charlotte Independence does also originate from the area around Charlotte.
