In addition to Alets IK, 111 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 27 different groups, whereof Alets IK could be found in Group 23 together with Morön BK, Nittedal IL and IFK Göteborg. Alets IK continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 23. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Sollentuna FK with 0-3. In the Final, Stångebro United won over Lindö FF Norrköping and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 15.
