In addition to the two Ekerö teams, 80 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof Ekerö IK 1 could be found in Group 12 together with Uppåkra IF, Lyn Fotball 2 and Juventus Academy. Ekerö IK 1 continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Jitex BK 2 with 0-4. In the Final, KFV Segeberg won over Jitex BK 2 and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 14.
