Juventus Academy

Juventus Academy was the only club from Saudi Arabia that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Girls 14. In addition to Juventus Academy, 81 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof Juventus Academy could be found in Group 12 together with Ekerö IK 1, Uppåkra IF and Lyn Fotball 2. Juventus Academy continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against San Francisco Aftershocks with 0-3. In the Final, Hammarby IF FF won over KA 1 and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 14. Juventus Academy comes from Khobar which lies approximately 4600 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
