They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Norrby IF could be found in Group 10 together with Proletären FF, Aspire Jordan FC, Fútból Consultants Edson Soto and RS Sports. Norrby IF made it to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 10. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Academia Sebastian Roco, which they won with 1-0. Thereby Norrby IF won the entire Play off A in Boys 11 during Gothia Cup 2023.
