Toarpsalliansen

Toarpsalliansen was one of 429 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to Toarpsalliansen, 74 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 18 different groups, whereof Toarpsalliansen could be found in Group 11 together with USM Senlis, Älvsjö AIK FF 2 and Västerås SK Fotboll. Toarpsalliansen continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Ulricehamns IFK with 0-2. In the Final, Mölnlycke IF won over New Mill FC and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 16. Toarpsalliansen comes from Dals which lies approximately 68 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Dals does also provide 13 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2023 (Among others: Ulricehamns IFK, Vårgårda IK, Holmalunds IF, Norrby IF, Hestrafors IF, Gällstads FK, Bergdalens IK, IFK Örby, Limmareds IF/Nittorps IK and Kinna IF).
