Go-Pro Sports

Go-Pro Sports was one of 8 clubs from United Arab Emirates that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to Go-Pro Sports, 97 other teams from 21 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 24 different groups, whereof Go-Pro Sports could be found in Group 18 together with Prep Schools Lions Yellow, Lillestrøm SK 1 and Älvängens IK 1. Go-Pro Sports continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 18. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Angered MBIK 2 with 0-3. In the Final, Barca CFIS won over FC New England and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 12. Go-Pro Sports comes from Dubai which lies approximately 5000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Dubai does also provide five additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2023 (IFA Sports, Barca Academy Dubai, Desert Falcon FC, Empire FC and Desert Rangers Dubai).
